Absolutely designed to never dull, break, or wear out; even after years of demanding use. The extractor "ramp", first area to contact the cartridge rim, is honed to an ultra smooth finish, assuring the cartridge rim glides smoothly down as the bolt goes home.
Titan’s well defined angles securely grip case heads and give a more positive extraction; even on tight, match chambered barrels. All extractions are greatly improved, especially on those “difficult ejections” by some ammo.
To allow for a more positive “hook point” effect, the standard 90 degree “reach to point” is relieved to 89 degrees; making for the necessary hooking effect without actually cutting into the brass rim, and instantly releases the casing as contact is made with the Ejector.
