NEW PRODUCT… BossArms Pro-Rad V-Block with “Radiused” stress reduction, Gold Teflon coated. Comes with 2 very special custom made Stainless Steel replacement (B-67) Retainer Screws.
REPLACES: Factory B-66 flat bottom V-Block that is prone to breaking.
PROBLEM: Competition shooters know all to well how a cracked V-Block can ruin a day shoot’n. An otherwise tight shot pattern just won’t happen; of course not, Barrel’s move under heat and metal stress, especially at the highest stress points. As the Barrel and V-block gain in temperature, Barrel’s create movement which is allowed by the broken V-Block.
PURPOSE: Distributes “metal stress” created when tightening Barrel Retainer Screws to cover a much greater area, stress forces are drastically reduced, which allows a tighter Torque without risk to cracking the V-Block.
DEFINED: BossArms’ Pro-Rad V-Block distributes V-Block stress breakage to 180 Degree’s of stress direction, instead of the Factory’s measly 2 points. Tightening Barrel’s into Receiver’s creates a massive amount of forces being directed onto the V-Block standard “flat bottom” design, putting ALL the stress on the V-Block’s inside corner angles. This main area, including in-line with the holes area, is where they seem to always break; the weakest area. Titan’s Pro-Rad V-Block removes the “weak area” by distributing all stress forces to 180 Degrees of direction.
FINAL NOTE: This product has been tested utilizing excessive Torque load factors that are totally un-necessary for securing Barrel’s to 10/22 Receivers, without any breakage being experienced. 10/22 Barrel Retainer Screws (B-66) normally Torque at 35 In. Lb.’s, which is entirely adequate and recommended.

Laser cut from 6061 Aircraft Grade Aluminum to be positively perfect fitting and never fail or wear out. BossArms’ Pro Ext. Mag Release protrudes ½” inch outside the Trigger Housing, perfectly formed for the finger, and still allows ample room for the Bolt Release function. More than ½” inch protrusion from the Trigger Housing would create the probability for accidental Mag drops.
Just flip the Mag Release with back of your trigger finger, and be ready to catch the mag with your other hand… its dropping. It’s that easy, but not so easy as to accidentally drop the Mag. This is the most positive and fastest means of changing Mag’s there is.
BossArms’ special blend of Powder Coat finishes, Black and Silver, are the closest match to standard 10/22 finishes there is. It doesn’t have to be a different shade of silver for every component you buy. Ruger factory finishes are consistent in shades and tones of silver and black; so are Titan Powder Coated products.

A) Very rear of Receiver presses into a Chemical and Heat Resistant 1” Round Felt Type Pad, 1/8” thick; Peel & Stick to stock. Compression 50%.
B) Sides of Receiver press into a very special 1/16” thick Treated Cork and Chemical/Heat Resistant Rubber Pad: Peel & Stick to 1/8“ receiver shelf. Compression 25%.
C) Barreled Action is pressed into the 1/16” thick Treated Cork and Chemical/Heat Resistant Rubber Pad at the Take Down Screw area; Peel & Stick to stock with TD screw passing through the provided hole. Compression 25%.
D) Barrel presses into a 1/8” x 2” Chemical/Heat Resistant Silicon Pad; Peel & Stick to inside of forearm channel at barrel band. Pads supplied for both Standard and Bull Barrels. Compression 75%.NOTE: Compression percentage relates to how much the pad will compress for seating.

Each part is bagged and tagged as to where it goes. The only pieces that should ever need replacing is the Receiver shelf pads, they are small (1/8”x1”). Included in the Pro Bedding Kit is a 2” strip, cuts into 16 of the small pads. You’re set….
Factual NOTE:
I realize no-one likes to start chopping on their 10/22.… BUT; if you will file (round file) enough aluminum from inside the barrel band where makes contact with the steel barrel, you will positively increase your accuracy. That small aluminum to steel pressure interferes with the natural flow of vibrations; acts similar to a clamp around a water hose restricting water. Remember, barrel bands are just for looks; 10/22 Deluxe and Bull Barrel Target models have no barrel bands.
You can’t do away with ALL vibrations, but you can control them. Restrict the vibes from traveling through your stock and back, you increase your accuracy.
As with all BossArms products; if your Pro Bedding Pads ever wear out or break; simply return the pieces to Sportables or BossArms for new parts, No Questions Asked. Buy it one time, buy it for life.
